An advanced payment of 30% of the total rent amount is required for a confirmed reservation.
The advance payment has to be made with a bank transfer.
Payment for the total rent is due on arrival (cash or credit card).
Check-in on arrival is from 4 p.m. (16.00 o’clock). Please notify us should your arrival be notably delayed. We ask you to check out by 10 a.m..
During high season we prefer to rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
