The Apartments

The adjoining apartments 1 and 2 will accommodate 3 to 4 people each.They have separate entrances and are about 25 meters from the main house. There is a terrace in front of both apartments with a panoramic view, patio furniture and sun umbrellas, just a few steps from the swimming pool. The apartments (each about 45 sq.meters) consist of a living/dining room with a couch and kitchen nook that include all necessities. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed. A second, smaller bedroom has a single bed with the option to add another single bed. There is a spacious bathroom with a shower. Both apartments have a doubly insulated wood-beam ceiling, triple glazed thermal windows with screens and shutters. Apartment 3 (about 55 sq.meters) can accommodate 2-3 people, has a separate entrance as well, and is located across from the main building. It offers a large living/dining room with a couch and kitchen nook providing all necessities. There is one bedroom with a double bed and room for a child’s travel bed, and a roomy bath with a shower. Here also, the ceiling is doubly insulated, the windows are double-glazed and have screens and shutters. All apartments are equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine (mocha and filter), electric cooktop, complete cooking and dishware, microwave as well as cutlery, hairdryer and laundry rack.We supply a complete set of bed linen, kitchen and bath towels to be exchanged weekly. Electricity and water use as well as departure cleaning are included in the rental rates. We accept credit cards. All guests have the use of the deck chairs, the surrounding garden and parking area.
